When Asian LH ticks reproduce asexually are offspring genetically the same.

53:06
If they are the same, does this have any implications for pesticide development and/or susceptibility?

56:20
Feel free to email ticks@osu.edu for any questions about tick testing, OSU surveillance, or ALHT

01:12:34
Do you put the CO2 inside the BG traps

01:14:09
I canβt seem to type in Q&A but what county was the A. maculatum?

01:14:53
You can put the CO2 directly in the trap if you have it in a smaller cooler (I've seen people use Yeti tumblers) or you can have the CO2 outside in a cooler attached with a tube. Or a CO2 tank outside of it. If you stick dry ice directly into BG trap it won't last long

01:15:52
I killed a dog tick yesterday. Add that one to your list :)

01:24:37
I am interested in collecting some ticks :D

sorry I missed last question!!! I was here

02:36:11
Global integrated mosquito management programs have run into problems (e.g., IR resistance) leading to interest in next-generation techniques like transgenic mosquitoes. Transgenic mosquitoes from Oxitec were approved for use by the EPA in some states in the last few years. Has there been any talk amongst health departments in Ohio about their potential use?

02:36:33
I didn't see the poll
